Thanks! It was fun and easy. There are dozens of variations on the internet, but we used Italian sausage, Uncle Ben's wild and long grain rice (plus some basmati) and cream of mushroom soup. That's it! Prepare the filling and mix together. Place inside a clean pumpkin and roast on a baking sheet for 1.5-2 hours at 350.
Wow, sometimes the most delicious things are the ones with less ingredints. Yum!
