I was planning on responding to Toni's tag today-but it's been a rather odd day. One of my children was approached by a strange man asking for help with his dog. I can't write about it just now. I am a bit shaken, but I will return soon.

is everything okay with your child since that moment? that can be freaky scary about your babies.
we had a scare with one of our daughters when she was little, but we were freaked out for awhile. one guy in the childcare area of church was too huggy when she was there a couple weeks. it made her feel uncomfortable, so she told us. we were so glad she felt comfortable enough to come tell us about it, so we could do something about it.

I'm sorry. How are the kids? How are you? We have had a couple of attempted abductions in my neighborhood (and yes, it is a good neighborhood) and it's quite alarming.
jennifer: good, glad to hear that you guys are okay. it is a real scare. we were so over protective, tried to be like hawks, with our girls when they were little. just wanted to keep them safe. glad it's okay.
