They're back!

Just a little something I enjoy about the fall. A few of my favorite changes--a chill in the air, hot chocolate at night, hunting for fall leaves (and I do mean hunting--autumn is not obvious here in the southwest), planning for the holidays, and school supplies. I love new crayons and glue!!! What are you looking forward to?

Oooo...candy corn! My old nemesis!

I'm looking forward to wind storms, foggy mornings, and long rambling walks in the crisp afternoons.

So, yes, weather change mostly.

I read once in a Junie B. Jones book that Candy Corn is not really corn at all! I'm not sure I'm ready to believe it.

Junie B. also said that you shouldn't carve teeth in your jack-o-lantern's face because in the middle of the night it will wake up and eat your feet!

But really, my favorite part about fall is that it (finally!) drops below 100 degrees. Ahhh...

Fall is the bestest season ever.

My birthday.
I love Halloween.
I hate the cold.
Can't I have the seasons without freezing to death?

Kim,sounds wonderful!

KCN, I'll never sleep the same on Halloween again! Enjoy those brisk 90 degree days for me. Brrr.

NCS, I think fall is my favorite season. Isn't it fun?

Thanks, Grateful. I'm doing great--I have a fantastic presidency and am very well supported. It's going to be so much fun!

Eve, sorry about the cold. When is your birthday???

Geo, how lovely.

Tyler, do you ever think of hot punch on the first rainy day of the season? Or feel like coloring Halloween pictures as you listen to General Conference? Ah, memories!

If you're here in two weeks I'll get out the crayons during conference. You won't want to do much else if you finish the marathon.

If you don't know by now, you haven't been by my blog.

But, oh, heavens, there is so much good stuff going on in the fall! What is there not to love? After all, I'm not going to school anymore.

Hot chocolate, Halloween, leaves changing color, snuggy sweats, pumpkins, corn mazes, Thanksgiving, and Christmas around the corner, etc & etc.

Ah, fall!

Fresh apple anything, falling leaves, cooler nights and grabbing that first sweater.

I love EVERYTHING about fall. Leaves, Halloween, candy, apples, pies, oh and I forgot. Fall is usually the season where I get to see a lot of family which is this the best thing I love about fall.

Houston to cool down to a bone-chilling 85 degrees....

We hit 100 percent humidity all this week and it's the end of September.

CW, I'm with ya.

Bookworm, Aw that was heartwarming.

EWL, Yikes! Looks like it's time to have a blogger convention here in the southwest.
