I'm Famous (sort of)

The ladies at Segullah noticed my stroller post and asked if I would share it. Click here to read it.
What?! You've read it before? But not in this font and color . . . come on, please? Oops--begging now.

Just think. If all 5 of us who read my blog go over there and comment--maybe they'll add Fridays to their Monday/Wednesday blog schedule and vote to keep me on the staff! (I just joined their editorial board.)

See you at Segullah.

(If you've never read their publication, then you'd better click here. You'll thank me.)

I love this post! I first read it here and just this morning I enjoyed reading it again. It's good to get noticed for your good work isn't it?

Cheers for being a mother of seven!

You are famous. At least, to me. Does that count?

I hope they get around to adding a "flatulence humour" category at Segullah. In which case, I'll submit some of my finest works.

Congratulations jennifer!

Hey Jennifer,

Let's seal the deal. Be thinking of ways to expand the stroller story--I want it as a chapter of our Segullah motherhood book!

Okay! I'll get writing. Thanks for the opportunity Kathy.

I'm *pretty* darn sure I'll never get asked to go over there. Unless they ask for someone to talk about food, or their weird thoughts, or...Oh well. Good for you! I can say "I knew her when she wasn't famous"- but just barely.

Carrot Jello said...

Oh wait, they'd never ask me, because I refuse to use paragraphs. They're probably way into paragraphs over there. *sigh*

Did you know that orange and blue were my elementary school colors? I don't know why I would think you would know that.

Jennifer B. said...

Oh carrot. Paragraphs are seriously over-rated. Besides, that's what editors are for!
(Everytime I read "They're probably way into paragraphs" I cannot help laughing)
I did NOT know that orange and blue were your elem. school colors.
Did you like your school? Should I change my colors? Help. I'm feeling insecure!

Carrot Jello said...

Didn't mean to make you feel insecure. Your colors just remind me of my school everytime I come here.

EWL --Thanks so much! (I'll talk to the blog editor about adding a new feature. Hey, we're all human and we all need to. . .laugh, right?)
